We accept online merchandise returns via mail only.
Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details and policy below to ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
1) Dresses made in standard size
Dresses made in standard size could be returned within 7 days after delivery. Customers are required to contact MyBridalDress support staff for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code before the return. We will not be responsible of any return without RMA code.
For dress in good condition, 50% of restocking fee should be charged for the return. And customer is the side to be charged of all return costs. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you want replacement of your order, then reorder the item online.
For dress made in flaws that’s revisable, customer can either pay for alterations from local tailor or send back to us for free alterations. We compensate up to 50% of dress price for local alterations. The final amount determined by your invoice. MyBridalDress will be responsible of all return costs and finish it within 7 days for return alterations.
For dress made in unchangeable mistakes, customer can return the dress back, and we will resend you a new one. Under this situation, customer is also valid for full refund.
We require our customers to return dresses via mail with tracking. Returns without tracking info are invalid returns.
2) Custom Tailored Dresses
We DONOT accept return for cutom made dresses (Orders with detailing measurement like Bust, Waist, Hips, or with other alterations, should be considered as customized dress). The only situation we accept return of custom gown is the dress made in wrong size or color prior to your order requirements. The way to return/refund the item will be the same as dresses made in standard size. Please take above policy as reference.
3) Any dress to be returned should be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, clean and free of blots and spots. We will check the package and dress when we get the return. Exchange/refund shall be done when this policy is found to be not violated. Or the dress will be sent back to customer without exchange/refund. Special notice: Please try the dress on when you are bathed, and are free of makeups & perfumes, in case you need to return it.
Customer is eligible to cancel his/her order within 24 hours after order, free of charge. Order cancel after 24 hours (before shipment) will be charged 50% of the item price as handling fee. Order that is shipped is ineligible for cancellation. Special notice: for stocking dresses, you can cancel the order freely before shipment, the time is based on when you contact us.
