Return Policy

We understand that there will be chance you are not satisfactory with the product you receive which is purchased from Mybridaldress.com, thus the item should be returned. It maybe an issue caused by us or the courier, it may also be not a problem but your mind’s changing. Based on this common sense, we both move to the following agreements:

1. Mybridaldress.com accepts return in 3 days after customer sign to receive your parcel from us. When customer finds issues or changes mind within 3 days, he/she could return it back to us. We donot accept return after that time. And customer is required to contact us before the return. Mybridaldress.com will not deal with any return without pre-consulting with us.

2. In case of fraud return actions, customer will be responsible of the corresponding return fee and new item shipping fee when below conditions match, and Mybridaldress.com will just issue change, no refund:

  • a. The goods the customer received is in good condition and is over 95% alike of what Mybridaldress.com described the time the customer placed order;
  • And/or b. Customer wants to change the dress size prior to the one he/she ordered;
  • And/or c. Customer wants to change the dress color prior to the one he/she ordered;
  • And/or d. Customer wants to change the dress style prior to the one he/she ordered ($30 handling fee will be charged in this case)
  • 3. Under the following cases, Mybridaldress.com will be responsible of the return fee, and customer could receive either refund or new goods:

  • a. The item customer receives is not what he required compare to the order record, e.g. color doesn’t match;
  • b. The item customer receives is not exactly what Mybridaldress.com describes based on the time the customer placed order (less than 95% alike of the picture lists in Mybridaldress.com)
  • c. The parcel or the item crashed the time the customer receive it (in this case, we require our customer to take photo or video as proofs and send back to us for check)
  • 4. All returned products must be with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

    5. Physical damage caused by incorrect goods use of customer, e.g. folds caused by incorrect folding method, no return

    6. If accessories along with the item customer buy are not included in the package, we will ship the missing one(s) to you additionally without charging your shipping fee, and return is not accepted in this case.

    7. In the event of an order including several items, we only accept returning of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.
